  41. Back in 80's and early 90's macs were not percived as to be overpriced, 
  42. they WERE overpriced.  In '91 I had a choice of getting Mac, 33Mhz 486sx 
  43. clone, and A3000.  When comparing all three, Mac lost in a first round: 
  44. proprietary everything, terribly mutitasking OS(comparing to AmigaOS) and 
  45. way overpriced.

  53. Now, the (sad)truth is that there's no Amiga being sold in NA.  So how can 
  54. you compare something what doesn't exist in NA to PowerMAC.

  60. A4000T is made for video market and it is priced acordingly.  If you 
  61. do video editing and want your 'bang for the dollar' A4000T + Toaster is 
  62. still an attractive buy.

  64. If you wan't to prove anything to anyone and yourself wait till Walker 
  65. and PPC cards come.  Sure, as of today, Amiga might be not-so-attractive 
  66. for Mr newbie but it is still worth the wait for a lot of people having 
  67. Amiga already.
